Terms of Use

The service

Wavekind helps you discover and play live radio and podcasts supplied by independent third parties. Stations, episodes, artwork, descriptions, and stream availability are controlled by their respective providers and may change or disappear without notice.

Acceptable use

You may use Wavekind for personal, lawful listening. You may not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse third-party content, reverse engineer protected portions of the service where prohibited by law, or use Wavekind in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen.

Subscriptions

Wavekind Pro may be offered as an auto-renewable subscription. The subscription name, duration, benefits, and full renewal price are displayed before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase. Unless you cancel, the subscription renews automatically at the displayed price and period. You can manage or cancel it in your store account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Any trial or promotional offer is governed by the terms shown when you subscribe. Refunds are handled under the applicable store’s policies.

Deleting your Wavekind account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately in your Apple or Google account before deleting your Wavekind account if you do not want it to renew.

Third-party content

Wavekind does not create or control third-party broadcasts and podcasts. Their views are their own. You are responsible for deciding whether content is appropriate for you. Report unavailable or inappropriate listings to support@wavekind.app.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the continued availability, accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party streams. You remain responsible for data charges and for using Wavekind safely, including while driving. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Apple terms

When you obtain Wavekind through Apple, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If these Terms conflict with mandatory store terms, those mandatory terms control.

Ending use and changes

You may stop using Wavekind at any time. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, comply with law, or address a serious breach of these terms. We may update these terms as Wavekind changes and will publish the revised effective date here. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms where permitted by law.
